Performance Analysis
From normal PLA to PEEK, even to Carbon Fiber reinforced materials, Silicon Carbide Nozzle could meet all the printing requirements of any material. Using 99.9% high purity Silicon Carbide material as the nozzle tip which is high temperature resistance and super wear resistance and ensures long-time of 550℃ printing without wearness of nozzle hole and tip flat; Nozzle tip with 99.9% high purity Silicon Carbide material which is high thermal conductivity and makes an high efficiency of nozzle heating and finally realizes the fast printing; Silicon Carbide tip assembled by special riveting process to get a stable and reliable fitting. Whole part design of the nozzle body ensure a high strength without fracture. The whole nozzle is applied with DLC coating which surface friction coefficient is as low as 0.05 and makes a clean printing without any plastic sticking. High accuracy of nozzle machining, orifice dimension tolerance 0.01mm with concentricity 0.02mm.
